        Le présent appel d’offres vise à procurer les services d’exploitation (y compris prestations de conseil), l’entretien, le support et le développement dans le domaine de microsoft dynamics CRM et de sharePoint. L’appel d’offres comprend de plus les charges de projet nécessaires pour transférer les prestations d’exploitation actuellement définies au prestataire et pour migrer vers les versions actuelles de Microsoft Dynamics CRM et de SharePoint.

        Le système informatique SIRIUS est principalement fondé sur les produits standard microsoft dynamics CRM et sharePoint, DocuGate pour la gestion des documents de la FINMA ainsi qu’un autre environnement sharePoint séparé, notamment pour des projets internes, la gestion des réunions («archives d’organisation») et un grand nombre d’interfaces.
